8.2.5.
Rear Cover
8.2.6.
Top Cover
(1) Remove the Side Cover (R). (See 8.2.1.)
(2) Remove the Side Cover (L). (See 8.2.2.)
(3) Remove the 2 screws that secure the Bottom Cover and Rear
     Cover.
(4) While slightly lifting the Rear Cover in the direction of the
     arrow (1), slide the cover out in the direction of the arrow (2).
(1) Push "Door Open Button" to open the ADF Door.
     (See 8.2.1-(1).)
(2) Remove the 2 screws (1 from each side).
(3) Close the ADF Door slowly until it clicks into place.

(4) Pull and remove the Top Cover while releasing the 3 claws.
(5) Disconnect the connector to the PANEL Board to release
      the Top Cover from the scanner.

8.2.7.
CIS (F)
(1) Remove the Front Cover. (See 8.2.4.)
(2) Remove the 2 screws that secure the CIS (F).
(3) Unlock the 3 hooks to release the Exit Conveyor with
     Scanning Glass (F) from the CIS (F). 
     Note:
When unlocking the 3 hooks, make sure to start from the
hook on the left side as seen from the front.
(4) Then, remove the Exit Conveyor with Scanning Glass (F).

(5) Raise the CIS (F), and then disconnect the flat-cable.
    Note:
Be careful not to drop the springs under the CIS (F) when
removing CIS (F).
