11.2. Checking & repairing of Digital P.C.B. (Side B)
Step 1 Remove Back Cabinet Assembly.
Step 2 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 3 Remove Digital Shield.
Step 4 Remove Digital P.C.B. Unit.
Step 5 Lift up Lead Clamper.
Step 6 Detach 4P Wire at the connector (CN5405) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 7 Remove 9 screws.
Step 8 Remove SMPS Chassis Unit.
Step 2 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 3 Remove Digital Shield.
Step 4 Remove Digital P.C.B. Unit.
Step 5 Lift up Lead Clamper.
Step 6 Detach 4P Wire at the connector (CN5405) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 7 Remove 9 screws.
Step 8 Remove SMPS Chassis Unit.

Step 9 Position Main Unit onto 2 insulated block (e.g.: 2 boxes).
Step 10 Place a mirror under Front Cabinet Assembly. (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 11 Position Digital P.C.B. Unit & SMPS Chassis Unit according to diagram shown.
Step 12 Connect 18P FFC to the connector (CN2006) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 13 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN2004) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 14 Connect 14P FFC to the connector (CN2002) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 15 Connect 7P Extension Cable (RFKZBFT800K2) from P201 to P58007.
Step 16 Connect 7P Extension Serial ATA Cable (RFKZBFT800K1) from P301 to P51602.
Step 17 Connect Fan Unit to connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 18 Proceed to check and repair Side B of Digital P.C.B..
Step 10 Place a mirror under Front Cabinet Assembly. (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 11 Position Digital P.C.B. Unit & SMPS Chassis Unit according to diagram shown.
Step 12 Connect 18P FFC to the connector (CN2006) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 13 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN2004) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 14 Connect 14P FFC to the connector (CN2002) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 15 Connect 7P Extension Cable (RFKZBFT800K2) from P201 to P58007.
Step 16 Connect 7P Extension Serial ATA Cable (RFKZBFT800K1) from P301 to P51602.
Step 17 Connect Fan Unit to connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 18 Proceed to check and repair Side B of Digital P.C.B..

Step 2 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 3 Remove Fan from SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 4 Remove D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 5 Remove D-Amp Heatsink.
Step 6 Place D-Amp P.C.B. onto SMPS Chassis.
Step 7 Place main unit onto 2 insulated block (e.g.: 2 boxes).
Step 8 Place a mirror under main unit (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 9 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN5400) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 10 Connect 17P FFC to the connector (CN5402) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 11 Connect Fan to the connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 12 Proceed to check and repair Side B of D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 2 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 3 Remove Fan from SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 4 Remove D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 5 Remove D-Amp Heatsink.
Step 6 Place D-Amp P.C.B. onto SMPS Chassis.
Step 7 Place main unit onto 2 insulated block (e.g.: 2 boxes).
Step 8 Place a mirror under main unit (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 9 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN5400) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 10 Connect 17P FFC to the connector (CN5402) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 11 Connect Fan to the connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 12 Proceed to check and repair Side B of D-Amp P.C.B..

Step 6 Place D-Amp P.C.B. onto SMPS Chassis.
Step 7 Place main unit onto 2 insulated block (e.g.: 2 boxes).
Step 8 Place a mirror under main unit (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 9 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN5400) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 10 Connect 17P FFC to the connector (CN5402) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 11 Connect Fan to the connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 12 Proceed to check and repair Side A of D-Amp P.C.B..
Caution: Insulated Material is required to insulate D-Amp P.C.B. from other parts.

Step 6 Place D-Amp P.C.B. onto SMPS Chassis.
