10.17. Disassembly of Front End

• Refer to “Disassembly of Back Cabinet Assembly”.
• Refer to “Disassembly of Digital Shield”.
• Refer to (Step 1) to (Step 23) of Item 10.16.

Step 1 Detach 7P cable at the connector (P201) on Front End
P.C.B..
Step 2 Detach 7P cable at the connector (P301) on Front End
P.C.B..
Caution: Keep the two 7P cable at safe place, place it back
during assembling.
Step 3 Detach 8P FFC at the connector (FP103) on Front End
P.C.B..
Step 4 Detach 5P FFC at the connector (FP104) on Front End
P.C.B..
Step 5 Lift up the connector cover to detach 45P FFC at the
connector (FP101) on Front End P.C.B..
P.C.B..
Step 2 Detach 7P cable at the connector (P301) on Front End
P.C.B..
Caution: Keep the two 7P cable at safe place, place it back
during assembling.
Step 3 Detach 8P FFC at the connector (FP103) on Front End
P.C.B..
Step 4 Detach 5P FFC at the connector (FP104) on Front End
P.C.B..
Step 5 Lift up the connector cover to detach 45P FFC at the
connector (FP101) on Front End P.C.B..
Step 6 Remove 4 screws.
Step 7 Lift up Front End P.C.B. from Digital Chassis.

Caution: During assembling, ensure Front End P.C.B. is
properly located & fully seated onto Digital Chassis.

Step 8 Lift up the FE Heatsink Unit by releasing its catch as
arrow (1) & (2) shown.

Step 1 Remove 2 screws.
Step 2 Remove Gasket G.
Caution: Keep Gasket G in safe place, place it back during assembling.
Step 3 Remove the Joint Shield.
Caution: During assembling, ensure that Joint Shield is properly located & fully seated onto Digital Chassis & SMPS Chas-
sis. Replace Himelon P on Joint Shield if torn.
Step 2 Remove Gasket G.
Caution: Keep Gasket G in safe place, place it back during assembling.
Step 3 Remove the Joint Shield.
Caution: During assembling, ensure that Joint Shield is properly located & fully seated onto Digital Chassis & SMPS Chas-
sis. Replace Himelon P on Joint Shield if torn.
Step 4 Remove Ground L-Plate.
Caution: Keep Ground L-Plate in safe place, place it back during assembling.
