11.5. Checking & repairing of SMPS P.C.B.
Step 1 Remove Back Cabinet Assembly.
Step 2 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 3 Remove Digital Shield.
Step 4 Remove Joint Shield.
Step 5 Remove Fan.
Step 6 Remove Power P.C.B. Unit from SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 7 Remove SMPS P.C.B. together with AC Inlet P.C.B..
Step 8 Place main unit onto 2 insulated material (e.g.: 2 boxes).
Step 9 Place a mirror under main unit. (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 10 Position SMPS P.C.B. according to diagram shown.
Step 11 Connect 3P Wire to the connector (CN5802) on SMPS P.C.B..
Step 12 Connect 3P Wire to the connector (CN2917) on Power P.C.B..
Step 13 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN2004) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 14 Connect Fan to the connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 15 Proceed to check and repair SMPS P.C.B..
Caution: Insulated Material is required to insulate SMPS P.C.B. from other parts.
Step 2 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 3 Remove Digital Shield.
Step 4 Remove Joint Shield.
Step 5 Remove Fan.
Step 6 Remove Power P.C.B. Unit from SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 7 Remove SMPS P.C.B. together with AC Inlet P.C.B..
Step 8 Place main unit onto 2 insulated material (e.g.: 2 boxes).
Step 9 Place a mirror under main unit. (To show contents of FL Display from mirror).
Step 10 Position SMPS P.C.B. according to diagram shown.
Step 11 Connect 3P Wire to the connector (CN5802) on SMPS P.C.B..
Step 12 Connect 3P Wire to the connector (CN2917) on Power P.C.B..
Step 13 Connect 10P Cable to the connector (CN2004) on Digital P.C.B..
Step 14 Connect Fan to the connector (CN5401) on D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 15 Proceed to check and repair SMPS P.C.B..
Caution: Insulated Material is required to insulate SMPS P.C.B. from other parts.

Step 12 Connect 45P FFC to the connector (FP101) on Front End P.C.B..
Step 2 Remove Digital Shield.
Step 3 Remove SMPS Shield Unit.
Step 4 Remove Digital P.C.B..
Step 5 Remove Front End P.C.B..
Step 6 Remove Digital Chassis.
Step 7 Remove FL P.C.B. & Operation Button P.C.B..
Step 8 Place Bottom Chassis onto Front Cabinet Assembly.
Step 9 Place Front End P.C.B. onto Bottom Chassis.
Step 10 Connect 7P FFC to the connector (FP103) on Front End P.C.B..
Step 11 Connect 7P FFC to the connector (FP104) on Front End P.C.B..
Step 12 Connect 45P FFC to the connector (FP101) on Front End P.C.B..

• Indication Voltage Values are in standard values for the unit measured by the DC electronic circuit tester (high-impedance) with
the chassis taken as standard.
