Grease (G-35) : J-6082-621-A

1.   Apply the grease (G-35) to the back side of the rotor base, install the rotor base.
2.   Install the stator (ultrasonic motor) and the rotor (ultrasonic motor).

  Never touch the slip surface of stator (ultrasonic motor) and resin surface of rotor (ultrasonic motor) (black coated surface).

  Align the flexible board of the stator (ultrasonic motor) with the DV flexible PWB so that they come on the diagonal line.

3.   Install the nylon sheet, resin ring (ultrasonic motor), fine same (ultrasonic motor), plate (pressure plate), wave washer (ultrasonic motor), 

motor holding washer in the correct order.

  Install the wave washer (ultrasonic motor), facing its concave side down and its convex side up.

  Install the pressure plate, facing the curved side to the sheet.

1.  Apply the grease (G-35) to indicated locations of the middle barrel.

2.  Apply the grease (FT-210) to the focus joint ring sliding surface of the slide washer, and install the slide washer.
3.  Apply the grease (G-35) to the differential ring assy block sliding surface of the focus joint ring, and install the focus joint ring.
