Bond (B-10) : J-6082-612-A

1.   Apply adhesive bond (B-10) to the bottom point (half rice grain size) of the screw portion of the front barrel assy block, and then tight-

en the name ring.

1.  Apply the grease (G-35) to the middle barrel sliding surface of the focus ring.

2.  Apply the grease (G-35) to the focus ring sliding surface of the middle barrel and the  fixed barrel.

3.  Match the index on the unit with the index on the front barrel assy block, and install the front barrel assy block and the focus ring to the 

unit while inserting the two projections of the focus joint ring into the two holes in the front barrel assy block.

4.  Tighten three screws and apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the heads of three screws.

1.   Apply the grease (G-35) to the front barrel assy block sliding surface of the focus ring.
2.   Apply the grease (NCPOP2B) to the front barrel assy block sliding surface of the focus ring.

3.  Apply the grease (G-35) to the focus ring sliding surface of the front barrel assy block.

4.  Fix the conductive spring to the front barrel assy block with the screw, apply the bond (B-10) to the head of the screw.
5.  Apply the grease (NCPOP2B) to the focus ring sliding surface of the conductive spring.

6.  Install the focus ring to the front barrel assy block.

  Take care not to catch the conductive spring.

  After the focus ring has been installed, check the conductive spring through the hole in the focus ring to confirm that it is not 

caught.

1.  Fold upward the flexible board of switch assy at the locations shown in the figure.

2.   Inserting the flexible board of Switch assy in the hole of fixed barrel, affix the Switch assy to the fixed barrel by the SW adhesive sheet.

3.   Affix the flexible board (Switch Assy) to the step of inside of the fixed barrel.

  Affix it with no place under the flexible board.

4.   Affix the three polyimide sheets cut as instructed to the three portion on the flexible board.
