This function is enabled only when the AR-MM9 is installed. It is 
used when the ICU PWB SRAM data must be backed up in case 
of repair of the ICU PWB, etc.
This function is enabled only when the AR-MM9 is installed. It is 
used to restore the backup data of the AR-MM9 to the ICU PWB 
SRAM after completion of repair of the ICU PWB.
