The “HARDWARE CHECK” is a good way to
determine problems with the Power Supply,
Backlights, and over- temperature conditions.
If a SYS PW1 – PW5 are indicating
NG
, then
replace the Delta DC Power Supply PWB.
If the BACKLIGHT is indicating
NG,
replace
the Delta DC Power Supply PWB.
When a THML 1-3 is
NG,
the unit may have
been installed incorrectly with limited air
flow, or has a defective THML component.
Move set to an open air condition to test.
Replace PC/IF PWB if the problem persists
which indicates a bad THML.
Please note: THML’s are simple Thermistor.
The PNL702B only has 1 Thermistor and it is
located on the I/F PWB, however, the
software will display all three as the same.

The “WHITE BALANCE SETTING” is an
advanced adjustment that you should not
adjust, please leave the default settings as
loaded on the replacement I/F PWB.

Service menu 3 is the final stage for setting
up an new I/F PWB. This is where you
enter the:
Model Name
Serial Number
Usage Time (from old PWB)
