NOTE: The PNL-802B is
packaged from the factory with a
Temporary Stand, which is to be
removed before installation. The
temporary stand can be made
useful during servicing.

Touch Screen Operation
Before you can re-load the software
and drivers, you must remove them
and start over. Note: The software
and driver will not load successfully
unless they are first un-installed.
1.
Run “uninstall program” on your
Windows PC, and Uninstall all
Sharp software.
2.
With USB cable disconnected
between your computer and
touch screen, run Device
Manager on your Windows PC.
3.
Plug in USB cable and wait for all
the HID compliant devices to
load.

If the touch screen has no operation at all,
please re-load software and drivers.

Select each HID compliant
driver, “right click” and select
Uninstall.
6.
Perform step 5 until all HID-
compliant drivers have been
uninstalled.
7.
Disconnect USB cable between
the computer and PNL802B.
8.
Next, you will install the
PNL802B drivers.
9.
Install PNL802B Pen software.
10.
Attach USB cable between
computer and PNL802B.

If the touch screen still has no
activity, try to run the Sensor
Adjustment Tool. Using this tool,
you will be a able to isolate a
defective TP camera section.
