If the touch screen still has no
activity, try to run the Sensor
Adjustment Tool. Using this tool,
you will be a able to isolate a
defective TP camera section.
If you see these scope readings on
your test computer, the
PNLB802B is working correctly,
and the problem resides with the
computer, drivers and software.
Troubleshooting
Unable to Write in Lower Left Corner
A peeling Black Sticker will
interfere with the normal
light path of the camera and
cause an “unable to write
condition in the lower left
corner”. This is true if the
Black Sticker is peeling on the
right side too.

As you can see, the peeling
Black Sticker is curled which
interferes with the normal
operation.
To repair this, follow the
steps on the next slide.

Remove 2 screws form
the TP Corner and lift off.

Remove 1 screw from the
TP Bezel side.
