the unit has been replace, run 
“FACTORY RESET” 
 
Select “FACTORY RESET” and press 
right “Arrow” key on remote control.

the unit has been replace, run 
“FACTORY RESET” 
 
Select “ON” and press right “MENU” 
key on remote control. 
 
The process will begin and reboot the 
unit when complete. 
 
Warning; this process will erase the  
USAGE TIME and all Customer settings. 
“FACTORY RESET” will never remedy a 
malfunctioning ‘Integrated Bezel” 
unless the HDMI port on the PC/IF unit 
malfunctions.  If any Bezel function is 
noticed, you can be sure that the HDMI 
port is working. Otherwise, this can be 
tested with an HDMI source or 
generator.

Confirm that “US” is selected, this 
picks the actual TV color system.  Be 
sure to verify this setting after the I/F
