Input
Displays the input port of current displayed data.
Resolution
Displays the resolution and the frequency of current input port.
This setting is used to judge that the resolution and the frequency of current input
port are the same as the ones in the EDID.
Color Format
Displays the video input color format.
This setting is used for confirming the displayed image quality.
Displays the format of RGB or YUV(color difference) and the range of the gray level
(Full(0~255) or Limited(16~235)).
Serial No
Displays the serial number of the monitor.
Scaler (Scaler version)
Displays the scaler version.
Touch Micon (Touch microcomputer version)
Displays the touch controller version. And, this version is displayed for 20 inch
model and 24 inch model separately.
USB Micon (USB microcomputer version)
Displays the touch USB controller version.
Model Name
Displays the model name.
Region (Destination)
Displays the destination.
(0:Japan, 1:North America, 2:Europa, 3:Europa(Russia, Italy) 4:Australia, New
Zealand)
Usage Time (Backlight operating time)
Displays the backlight operating time per hour.
Touch Panel Status
Displays the touch panel status.
When “1” is displayed, there could be cut-lines on the touch panel. This is used for
judging the unstable touching operation, etc.
Temperature Error Time
-Bright Down Last Time
Displays the Usage time (0 - 65535) when the temperature error was occurred last
time and the temperature threshold value (0-100). (Automatic high temperature
brightness reduction level)
-Temp Err Last Time
Displays the Usage time (0 - 65535) when the temperature error was occurred last
time and the temperature threshold value (0-100). (High temperature warning
level)
-Power Off Last Time
Displays the Usage time (0 - 65535) when the main power is turned OFF last time
and the temperature threshold value (0-100).
-Temp Err Total Time
Displays the accumulated time of the high temperature state per hours. (0 - 65535)
Overrun
Records the number of the occurrence of the upper limit of backlight continuous
lighting up time (0 - 255) and the Usage time (0 - 65535) when the monitor exceeds
the upper limit of backlight continuous lighting up time last time.
Backlight Error
Records the number of the error detection from the LED backlight(0~255) and the
Usage time (0 - 65535) when the error from the LED backlight occurred last time.
OverCurrent
Records the number of the overcurrent detection from the terminal (Pen / USB /
MHL / DP) (0 – 255) and the Usage Time (0 – 65535) when the overcurrent is
detected last time.

3. SERVICE TOOL
3-1. INTRODUCTION
■TOOL OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
- Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8
- Support 32bit OS (this tool can work under 64bit OS also, but it is not assured)
- Login with the administrator’s right
■INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
The service tool is delivered one archive file.
Although a tool can be extracted to arbitrary folders, please do not change the folder composition and file name in which the tool is
extracted.
■USE INSTRUCTIONS
Execute “ServiceTool.exe” in the folder where the service tool is extracted.
Memo: In the case of Windows Vista or Windows 7, the window of “User Account Control” is displayed as shown below, so you need to
click [Allow].
■CONFIRMATION OF THE SERVICE TOOL VERSION
Launch the Service Tool, and check the service tool version which is displayed at the title bar.

3-2. CONNECTION AND RESTRICTION
■CONNECTION DIAGRAM
1) Connect the PC by USB cable and the image cable (Display port / HDMI).
2) Turn on Touch monitor.
3) Launch the service tool.
<CAUTION>
The Displayport and HDMI port are not need to be connected for the operations except for [Test Pattern], [TC Adjustment] and [DigiPen
Check] .

3-3. SCREEN STRUCTIRE
Button
Used to execute the actions. Depending on the action, the window will be
displayed.
Text Box
The characters can be input by the keyboard. After the characters are input and
the button which is related with the characters is clicked, the action is performed.
Combo box
It is a box for choosing an item. One is chosen from the choices displayed by
clicking.
Action is decided by pushing the button related to the box concerned after
selection.
