Food packs carry cooking instructions for heating
categories A to E. Follow instructions for the letter
corresponding to the oven's heating category.
The higher the output power and heating category
of the oven the less heating time is required.

To defrost foods not included in the Auto Defrost menu, use microwave power levels (30%)
MEDIUM LOW or (10% ) LOW. Stir or turn food at least 2-3 times during defrosting.
After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil and leave to stand until thoroughly defrosted.
