I get the following error when one of the
Satellite / Slave machines boots up.

The product file is corrupt and you need to perform the
following.
Drop the Master and faulty till into DOS.
Copy the following files Prod.NX0
Prod.NX1
Prod.DT
From c:\Usr\data on the master to c:\Usr\data on the faulty
slave machine and overwrite the existing files.

Transaction History. RINCS was copied
from the master and

need to be removed.

I am getting the following error when the 5700 /
5300 starts up.
“Preset_Load failed 1”
There is a corrupt or missing Preset1.dat file.
To rectify this go into FM and then into PRESET
PLU’S then choose end this will then recreate the
file in c:\usr\data. Then restart the Pos.

I am getting the following error when the
SLAVE  5700 / 5300 starts up.
“Prod flat open failed -37 vital exit code -10”
There is a corrupt or missing Prod.dat file.
To rectify this copy I:\usr\data\Prod.* c:\usr\data
This will copy the file from the master to the
slave.
