Is it possible to overwrite an amount entry at CCD
if an incorrect amount is entered.

Yes, there is an error in the user manual and the
VOID key is missing.
If you highlight the incorrect amount and press
enter the amount again then press the VOID key
this will then delete the entry.

The NS counter is not appearing on the Clerk
report.

Please check job code 902-C the report format for
the Clerk report should be set to Cashier Type if
NS is required.
See print format in User Manual.

The Void details are not appearing on the General
X/Z report.

Please check that job code 922-B is set to 4, the
explanation may not be clear, but this is usually
the solution.

There are no VOID details  appearing on the
General X/Z report.

Features such as RF, PO and VOIDS generally
will not appear in reporting if they are inhibited
from the keyboard layout, in this case the VOID
key was used as an AUTO.
