The operator display is not showing the item price
next to the item text.

There are 2 settings for the Display type “GLU
Mode” and “Check out Mode” GLU mode will not
display the item price, Check out mode will.
The setting for this (902-C) can be changed on
either the UP-600 or UP-700.

The PLUs were appearing on the display with
incorrect amounts also when recalling a
overlapped transaction, the items text had
changed to the department text.

This particular problem was caused by the
memory board being dislodged.
If there are any problems that look like bugs,
perform a Memory board diagnostic to check that
it is being accessed properly.

I’ve just fitted the Remote Display to my UP600
and unusual characters are appearing.

Remember, When you fit the Remote Display to
any Machine the very first thing to do at power on
is a SRV Reset.

My customer is complaining that they can not
Refund a transaction through Credit.

The machine is defaulted not to allow a negative
or zero balance to be finalised by the Credit Key.
