The PLU sales and quantity is not updated when
selling the PLU as an VIP.

The PGM…….VIP sales is recorded against the
Clerk concerned, when taking a Clerk Report the
figures should appear there.

Corruption is appearing when selling PLU’s, the
amounts being printed on the journal roll are
extremely large.

This and other symptoms of corruption has been
caused by incorrect fitting of the optional memory
board.
Perform a RAM Diagnostics in Service mode to
confirm the board is fitted correctly.

Is it possible to copy all of the PLU’s in a satellite
machine to the master.

On the UP600/700 this is in fact possible.
First create the number of PLUs required by Block
programming in PGM on the master, then making
sure the Automatic download is set at job920-C
you will go to PLU range programming on the
satellite and carry out a change to one of the
fields such as commission then put that field back
to the original setting the Master will now be
updated with the satellite PLU Data.

I want to be able enter an amount directly into an
OPEN PLU, but my machine always prompts me
for an AMOUNT ?

This is because MULTIPLICATION entry is set as
FF.
