I require the Clerk to automatically be signed off
at the end of each transaction (909-D) but then
immediately produce after transaction receipt after
sign off.

This feature is available on Version G ROM of the
UP600/700.

How do I set up the UP600/700 to scan weighted
items bar codes.

There are two setting areas in PGM
EAN NON PLU here you set up field size for PLU
Code, as well as either the Weight (Quantity) or
Price (depending on the bar code)
You then create the PLU but enter as e.g.
0212340000000 where 02 is the system code,
1234 is the PLU code 7 zero’s are entered to
complete the 13 digit entry.
PS you may need to change TAB in NON EAN
PLU depending on barcode

Is it possible to have a key for itemised Bill
printing.

The GC Receipt key operates differently on this
machine to others.
However you could create an Auto key:

Misc.. Func/2/Enter/subtotal.

This will 

display all open tables ready to print

select one from here to print.

Is it Possible to remove the 1 X print on the
Kitchen Printer.

Yes, In PGM 2 there is a OPTION setting from
here select Printing Select then change QTY 1
Print on KP to NO.
It is not possible to remove the 1 x text on the
operator display.
