SPECIAL SERVICE PRESET (SSP) RELEASED FOR EAN

SALES VALUES CORRECTION
[Event report]
1. Model name:
ER-A61R1/A57R1
2. General:
The SSP has been released for the following problem. The EAN sales data on the
master machine cannot be updated when a satellite machine in the in-line system of
the above models performs the correction of an EAN.
3. Phenomenon:
<Given conditions>
1) In-line system
2) To be in EAN sales or in using the Customer Function
<Phenomenon>
When the key [ST] or [VOID] was operated, the EAN sales amount registered with
the transaction can not be updated in the EAN file of the master machine. And the
sales data of the transaction can not be updated in the Customer File of the master
machine.
The operation [ST] and [VOID] leads to the above phenomenon.
4. Action:

Input the Special Service Preset.
Available ROM versions:
SSP ERA610-009 : ER-A61R1 -- RAN1A & RAN1B
(For the master and satellite machine)
SSP ERA570-009 : ER-A57R1 -- RAP1A & RAP1B
(For the master and satellite machine)
