CHANGE OF THE ROM FOR THE VERSION-UP
OF THE EFT SOFTWARE

1. Model name:

ER-A57R1
2. General:
1) The ROM has been changed for EFT software improvement.
2) The ROM has been changed for increasing the speed of on-line communications.
3. Description:
1) A ROM upgrade of the EFT software has been done so that EFT can be connected without
the in-line system.
2) A ROM upgrade of the on-line software has been done to increase the speed of on-line
communication.
With this change, the communication time has been economized by about 50%.
(The economized time depends on the kind of the communication JOB and the communication
speed.)
4. Action:

This ROM change is effective for users who carry out EFT connection without the in-line
system.
