Sensor Mechanism
7.6.1.
Paper Sensor
The Paper Sensor turns ON when the document is properly placed on the Feed Tray to detect the reflection.
7.6.2.
Starting / Waiting / Jam / Ending Sensor
The Starting Sensor turns ON when the document is fed to the scanning-start position to obstruct the light axis line of the sensor.
Waiting Sensor, Jam (Imprinter Starting) Sensor and Ending Sensor are as same as the Starting Sensor.
7.6.3.
Door Detector / Pointer Select Sensor / Paper Feed Select Sensor /Platen Sensor
The Door Detector turns ON when the ADF Door is opened to block the detector with the claw.
Pointer Select Sensor, Paper Feed Select Sensor and Platen Sensor are as same as the Door Sensor.

(2) Press the ADF door release, and open the ADF door.
(3) Set the Feed Tray up at upright position as the right
