3. Pull up the pipe part of the stand by hand while tightening bolts

7. Attach the foot reinforcing assemblies.
• Rotate the casters so that the caster bodies are turned toward
the inside. While taking hold of the release levers on the foot
reinforcing assemblies, insert the assemblies into the stand,
and align the pins with the holes in the base.
