5.5 CCD Mounting Adjustment
Note) This CCD Mounting Adjustment is required in the
following cases;
1 Replacing the CCD image sensor.
2 Replacing the Sensor Board.

The System Controller should be used.

Draw the straight cross-line on the surface of the Monitor
Screen as shown in Fig. 5-5-1

Disassemble the Camera Head according to "2.
Disassembling Procedure".

Disconnect the Flexible Flat Cable between CN204 on the
Main Board and CN600 on the Servo Board as shown in
Fig. 5-5-2.

Connect the one end of the Extension Cable B to CN600
on the Servo Board, and connect the other end to CN204
on the Main Board as shown in Fig. 5-5-2

Supply the power to the WV-CS320/WV-CS324E, and the
Camera Head starts panning.
5.4 Preset Data Reset Procedure
Note) This adjustment is required when Main Board or
EEPROM (IC300) on the Main Board is replaced.

Insert new floppy disk containing DOS Operating System
and the E.V.R. Adjustment Program into IBM PC/AT.
8
At the prompt, type RADJ2 CS320EPR and press the
ENTER key, then the initial menu page as shown in Fig. 5-
4-1 will be displayed.

Select the item "1. PRESET DATA RESET" with the
ARROW key and press the ENTER key.

When finishing the preset data reset, press the QUIT (F3)
key then, the computer will ask you if you want to save the
current adjustment status.

If you want to save, press the key, and then press the
ENTER key. Type xxxxxxxx.EV2 0000 04AF. Give an
appropriate file name for xxxxxxxx within 8 letters, but do
not use CS320E. Then press the ENTER key to finish the
adjustment procedure.

If you don't want to save, press the key, and then press
the ENTER key to finish the adjustment procedure.

Wait until the Camera Head stops panning.

Mount the Lens Adapter on the hole of the CCD Mounting
Adjustment Jig.
Note) Align the notch of the Lens Adapter and the black line
on the upper plate of the CCD Mounting Adjustment
Jig as shown in Fig. 5-5-3.

Set the Camera Head on the hole of the Lens Adapter.
Note) Fit the small projection of the Camera Head into the
notch of the Lens Adapter hole as shown in Fig. 5-5-4.

Adjust the Lens for the fully wide angle position using the
Remote Controller.

Loosen two screws that secure the Sensor Board as
shown in Fig. 5-5-5.

Observing the Monitor Screen, adjust the position of the
Sensor Board so that the hole on the Bottom Plate comes
to the center of the Monitor Screen as shown in Fig. 5-5-6.

Adjust the position of the Sensor Board so that the
horizontal black line on the Bottom Plate aligns to the
horizontal line on the Monitor Screen as shown in Fig. 5-5-
6.

Repeat above adjustment until the hole position remains
at the center of the Monitor Screen during zooming in/out
of the Lens.

Fasten two screws on the Sensor Board.
