Open the tap.

Clean the fiter.

Replace the inlet valve.

Replace

Isn’t the water supply shut-off?

Isn’t the inlet valve filter clogged with impurity?

Is resistance of the inlet valve terminal
between 2 to 8 k 

Ω

?

Is tap opened?

Check if the voltage of each termianl of Inlet
Valve is AC 220-240V.
(Refer to 7.TEST MODE)

9. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Disassemble and repair the parts after pulling out power cord from the outlet.

PLATE ASSEMBLY, Unscrew 4screws on the 

Lid Deco of the top plate

After closing the detergent container, put a flat driver 

between container and top cover and then pull it oout.

Pull out detergent container completely from the

cabinet after push the hook below

Unscrew 2 screws on the back of the top plate.

Pull the top plate backward and upward a shown.

Unscrew 2 screws on the back of panel Frame

Plate Assembly, push the top and then pull the plate

assembly upward appoximately 15mm from the cabinet.

Unscrew the 10 screws from the Control Panel
Assembly.

Disassemble the Display PWB Assembly

Disconnect connector from the wiring.

Unscrew 1 screw which is connected 

with cabinet.

Unscrew the fixing screw of Body Frame

(each 2 screws of front and rear plate)

Bent Body Frame to pull out easily

Dispenser ASM.

Unscrew 1 screws from the back of the
cabinet.
Disassemble 2 connectors.

Unscrew 2 screws on the back of cabinet.
Disassemble the 4 terminals connected the valve

- Don’t remove the steam hose connected

the Body Frame

- Disassemble the Steam Generator and

Wire of Steam Generator connected the
Body Frame

1. Dry - Blue Housing (BK-YL-BK)
2. TSG - Red Housing (Purple-BK)
3. Wash - Natural Housing (SH/BK-BK)
4. Pre Wash - Blue Housing (BK/GY-BK)
5. Hot Water - Re Housing (BL/RD-BK)

- Color of Valve

Dry

Pre Wash

Wash

Hot Wash
