1.
Remove the upper cabinet assembly. (Refer to Section
2-2-1.)

Remove one screw, then remove the JD-43 board.

Disconnect one harness from the JD-43 board.

Attach a new JD-43 board in the reverse order of steps

Remove the upper cabinet assembly. (Refer to Section

Remove the hinge unit. (Refer to Section 3-11.)

Disconnect the two flexible printed wiring boards from
the connectors (CN1201 and CN1202) and one

flexible flat cable from the connector (CN1203) on the

Attach a new TP-43 board in the reverse order of steps

3-3. Mechanical Deck Assembly
1.
Remove the upper cabinet assembly. (Refer to Section

Push the PUSH portion, then open the front door.
4.
Remove the four screws (BVTP 2.6
x8), then remove
the paper eject guide.

Disconnect one harness and one flexible flat cable
from the switching regulator.

screw (BTP 2.6
x10), then remove the mechanical
deck assembly.

Attach the mechanical deck assembly in the reverse
order of steps 1 to 6.
