1. When removing the main PC board assy, disconnect three connectors and unsolder one soldered portion.
When installing the main PC board assy, connect three connectors and solder one location.
2. Affix the PI film tape (No.5413) 14X33m cut as instructed to the location shown in the figure.

2. Rotate clockwise the rotary barrel assy as far as it goes.
3. Hook the function lever to the driving wheel pin.
4. Set the unit to the TELE end and rotate clockwise the 2nd linkage barrel assy as far as it goes.

2. Hook the function lever to the driving wheel pin.
3. Set the unit to the TELE end and rotate clockwise the 2nd linkage barrel assy as far as it goes.

1. Apply the anti-diffusion agent (A-20), grease (G-85) and grease (G-116) to the indicated portions of MF linkage barrel B. Then, install
the MF linkage barrel B, aligning two grooves with two convex portions.
2. Install the rotary barrel assy, aligning two holes of rotary barrel assy for inserting the 1st linkage pin with two U-shaped grooves.
Note:
As holes for inserting the 1st linkage pins are not 180 degree-symmetry, assemble with caution.
3. Install the two 1st linkage comas and two 1st linkage pins, and apply the adhesive bond (B-60).
4. Apply the grease (G-116) to the backside of AF linkage barrel B. Then, install the AF linkage barrel B, Rubber Barrels.

5. Install the rotor (stator set) and then the three pieces of stopper.
And install the stator (stator set), nylon sheet, resin ring, fine same, pressuring plate, wave washer. Then, tighten three bayonet screws
and apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the heads of three screws.

Note 1:
Never touch the slip surface of Stator (Stator Set) and resin surface of Rotor (Stator Set) (black coated surface).
Note 2:
Attach stopper to the hole at center.
Note 3:
Aligning the flexible board (stator) with the flexible board (relay board) as shown in the figure, install the stator (stator set).
Note 4:
Install the wave washer, facing its concave side down and its convex side up.
Note 5:
Be careful for valley part not to overlap the flexible board (stator).
Note 6:
Be sure not to set the groove on the bayonet screw to vertical direction.
