4-10. ADJUST & CHECK MR
To replace the MR sensor, refer to 4-10-2. Replacing MR Sensor . To attach and detach the MR sensor without replacing it, refer to 4-10-1.

When attaching the MR sensor, attach it with the washers installed correctly as they were.

When attaching a new MR sensor, use a 0.1 mm washer (4-457-318-01) for the MR Adjustment Washer (upper) as shown in Fig. 4-10-1, and

(1) Preparation

1. The Half completion JIG is installed on the the checking lens with two screws.
2. Connect F Encoder flexible board, Z Encoder flexible board, MR flexible board and SSM flexible board.

5) A waveform appears on the window.
6) Check waveform changes by rotating the focus ring.
7) Confirm that the waveform is larger than the inner circle, and then click [OK].

4) Click [MR WavesCheck (Manual)] of Lens Adjustment Program.

7) Confirm that the waveform is larger than the inner circle, and then click [OK].
Note:
The waveform is not necessarily displayed at the center of the window.
There is no problem when the waveform is larger than the inner circle even if the waveform is not positioned at the center of the window.

If a desired waveform is not obtained, slightly shift the MR sensor with its screws loosened and check the waveform while changing the MR
