Adjust the white balance when the strobe light flashes.

Adjustment” and “Auto White Balance Adjustment”.
Note 4:
After the power is turned on, this adjustment can be done only
once.

LCD SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT
Before perform the LCD system adjustments, check that the specified
values of “VIDEO SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT” are satisfied.
Note 1:
The back light (fluorescent tube) is driven by a high voltage AC
power supply. Therefore, do not touch the back light holder to
avoid electrical shock.
Note 2:
When replacing the LCD unit, be careful to prevent damages
caused by static electricity.
Note 3:
Set the LCD BRIGHT to the center.
[Adjusting connector]
Most of the measuring points for adjusting the LCD system are
concentrated in CN704 of the SY-59 board.
Connect the Measuring Instruments via the CPC-9 jig (J-6082-393-
C, Note4). To operate the adjustment remote commander, connect
the power supply terminal of CPC-9 jig to the DC power supply
(6.0 to 7.2Vdc).
The following table shows the Pin No. and signal name of CN704.
Note 4:
The old CPC-9 jig (Parts code: J-6082-393-B) cannot be used,
because it cannot operate the adjustment remote commander.
