MAIN SYSTEM CONTROLLER (IC602) watches TV circuit power conditions
with four pins.

PANEL5V_ON/OFF signal is for TV panel.
POWER1 signal is for TV power.
POWER2 is for power of TV digital circuit.
POWER3 is for TV panel.
POWER4 is for main power.
All signals must be H while TV circuit operates correctly.
If one signal changes to L, any TV circuit error is detected and MAIN SYSTM
CONTROLLER starts an emergency stop operation.

TV block shows the error condition with flashing LED, if possible.

At this time, TAV-L1 stops all the operation by key and remote commander input

3. LIFT

3-1. LIFT unit
(1) Lift mode
1. AUTO mode
Stand by: Lift unit UP
TV/DVD: Lift unit DOWN
FM radio: Lift unit UP
2. MANUAL mode
3. LOCK mode
Lift Unit
TAV-L1 can move “Lift unit” which is in front of LCD display.
This is called LIFT operation.
Lift operation and mode are explained in “About the lift Unit” and “Using the lift
function” of “Operating instructions”.

1: AUTO mode
Lift unit moves automatically.
Stand by mode: Lift unit moves UP
TV/DVD mode: Lift unit moves DOWN
FM radio mode: Lift unit moves UP
2: MANUAL mode
Lift unit is moved by pressing “LIFT up/down” button manually.
3: LOCK mode
Lift unit will not move even if you press “LIFT up/down” button
.

(2) SHIP mode
To prevent the damage of DVD mechanism by hard shock, please set to
SHIP mode when you move TAV-L1.

If you set to SHIP mode, LIFT unit moves down “automatically”.
And, DVD mechanism is locked.

DVD mechanism is locked until you insert a disc to TAV-L1 next time.
TAV-L1 equips SHIP mode to prevent the damage of DVD mechanism by
