IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS AND PRECAUTIONS
Moisture Condensation (Dew)
Rapid temperature changes and storage or operation
in extremely high humidity conditions may cause “dew”
to condense inside the cabinet. Dew can cause seri-
ous damage to your tapes and the video heads. To
prevent this, turn the power switch on and wait for a
few hours for this set to warm up and dry before at-
tempting playback.
This is particularly important before loading a cassette
for the first time after purchasing this set.
