Check Print Image Off Centre & Lead Edge position - Use Sim 50-10:-
• Inside dimension of the printed halftone must be 240±0.5mm.
• Lead edge void area 3.0 ± 1.0mm.
• Rear edge void area 2.0mm - 5.0mm.
• Front & Rear Void areas 2.0 ± 2.0mm.
• Lead edge void area 3.0 ± 1.0mm.
• Rear edge void area 2.0mm - 5.0mm.
• Front & Rear Void areas 2.0 ± 2.0mm.
If NG, perform the following adjustments as required:-
