Description
19 Printer-related
If a job with an unsupported resolution (e.g., 400 dpi) is executed when the standard
resolution of printer environment setting is set to "600 dpi (high-quality)" (factory-set
value), the image may be enlarged twice and printed. This glitch has been corrected.
This symptom does not occur if data is printed using the printer driver.
20 Printer-related
Any response may not return even if the PCL command to check Macro/Front registrations is
sent. This glitch has been corrected.
21 Printer-related
If specific PDF data is printed directly via USB, a blue background may be printed solidly
on the second page. This glitch has been corrected.
22 Printer-related
When Illustrator outputs data, characters may be garbled due to incorrect PS font
replacement processing. This glitch has been corrected.
23 Printer-related
If an attempt is made to print large quantities of data from the USB1.1 port, a hang-up
may occur without data printed. This glitch has been corrected.
24 Printer-related
If 100 jobs or more are stacked, some jobs may remain in the spool queue and may not
be printed. This glitch has been corrected.
25
Image transmission-related
Transmitting multiple documents directly to SMTP from the specific model of other
companies may cause a problem of receiving only the first page of multiple documents
more than once. This glitch has been corrected.
26
Image transmission-related
If the scanned data is transmitted to non-Windows OS through "Scan to shared folder" of
the MFP main body, the SMB server based on non-Windows OS may respond differently
from the SMB standard communication procedure, causing the SMB client error. This
glitch has been corrected so that the scanned data can be transmitted correctly by
ignoring such response on the MFP main body side.
27
Document filing-related
The document filing data backed up from the MX-2300/2700 Series may not be restored.
This glitch has been corrected.
28
Document filing-related
A communication error may occur if FTP pull print is performed for the FTP server on the
Novell NetWare 5.x server. This glitch has been corrected.
29 Simulation-related
SIM22-25, SIM24-25, or SUM24-35 may be unable to be executed because destination
information is sometimes mistakenly read depending on timing when the power is turned on.
This glitch has been corrected. (Power off/on can recover this glitch.)
30 Simulation-related
Setting of switching from display to hide or vice versa in fusing cleaning mode (self-
printing) in main body system configuration has been added to the following Sim:

- Sim26-32  Item B : CLEANING PRINT SET

34 OSA-related
If you log in after returning from power saving mode during OSA external authentication
(echo track server), MFP may freeze. This glitch has been corrected.
35 OSA-related

is being displayed, the copy basic screen may be displayed. A change has been made so
that the login screen is displayed instead of the copy basic screen.
36 OSA-related
If keys are pressed quickly and continuously when the external application is valid, "The
data from external application is in incorrect format. Call for service" message may be
displayed. This glitch has been corrected.
37 OSA-related
If images such as the vendor logo exist in the OSA template screen, the incorrect
