2.Description: 

In Technical Bulletin 022, the secondary transfer PWB was changed because noise could 
cause a "C4-00" error to occur.  
This time, the reason that noise is affecting the secondary transfer PWB, is that the 
conductivity may be unstable in the space between the 2nd separate electrode mounted on 
the right side of the rear frame and the 2nd transfer unit. 
Because of this, the profile of the 2nd belt transfer spring R mounted on the rear side of the 
2nd transfer unit has been changed, resulting in conductivity stabilization between the 2nd 
separate electrode and the 2nd transfer unit.
