HOME PAGE - DEFROST
NOTE:
When defrosting, small pieces of aluminium foil can be used to shield small areas of meat if they become warm.
Ensure foil does not touch oven walls. Do not cook meat until thoroughly defrosted.
4. Enter the weight 1.0 by
pressing the number key. 1.0kg
will flash on and off on the display.
Then press the START key to start
cooking. Display counts down
through the cooking time.
6. After the defrost cycle ends,
follow the instructions on the
display. If necessary, press the
“TIMER FOR STAND” and set
the timer.
1. Press DEFROST key.
2. After pressing the MEAT key,
press the MEAT JOINT key.
5. When the oven stops, follow the
instructions on the display. 
Press START key.
3. Read the instructions on the
display, complete the steps and
close the door. 
Press the PAGE FORWARD key.
DEFROST automatically defrosts foods shown in the DEFROST CHART at the bottom of this page.
Example: To defrost a 1.0kg meat joint.

INFORMATION DESK
The INFORMATION DESK has four functions. It provides useful cooking and oven guidance.

TO USE any of the above functions, press INFORMATION DESK on the Home Page then the Page Forward key,
select the desired function and follow the display.

CLOCK
CLOCK includes 3 functions: SET  CLOCK/DATE:, AUTO START:, SUMMER/WINTER TIME CHANGE:
SET CLOCK/DATE: See page 6.
AUTO START:
Example: You want to programme the oven to reheat a casserole on 50% power for 20 minutes at 6.30 P.M
SUMMER/WINTER TIME CHANGE:
Example: 
You can easily advance or turn back the clock by following the simple instructions on the display.
AUTO START enables you to programme the oven to cook at any time during the next 24 hours.
• You can use AUTO START/CLOCK only with manual cooking.
• Before programming the oven, always check the display is showing the correct time of day.
• If you want to cancel an AUTO START/CLOCK programme, press STOP/CLEAR key.
IMPORTANT: it is recommended the oven is always attended when in use. Check to ensure
you have programmed the oven correctly. Exceeding cooking times and use of excessive
power levels can lead to food overheating and cause a risk of fire.
1. Select CLOCK then select
AUTO START. Enter start time
(6:30) using the number keys
and press ENTER key. Then
select PM.
2. Enter cooking programme,
microwave 20 minutes by
pressing the number keys.
Then select 50% power.
Press FINISHED key.
3. Auto Start time will appear on
the display.

2. USEFUL INFORMATION
USEFUL INFORMATION includes 6 functions:  CHILD LOCK:, SOUND:, CONTRAST:, KITCHEN TIMER:,
MORE/LESS:, VIDEO DEMO:
CHILD LOCK:
The child safety lock deactivates the control panel. Simply press ‘SET THE LOCK’.
SOUND:
1) GENERAL
The oven has melodies, which denote different functions, and “beep” sounds indicating key
entry. By following the directions on the display, you may opt for “beep” only or even no
sounds. Even if all sound is off, Reminder and Kitchen Timer will beep. The selected sound
does not change even if the electrical power supply is interrupted.
2) END OF COOKING
An audible signal reminds you that cooking, defrosting or reheating has finished. The sound
will repeat every 60 seconds and continue for 30 minutes unless you touch STOP/CLEAR or
open the door. The feature may also be turned off by following the directions on the display. 
The selected setting does not change even if the electrical power supply is interrupted.
3) ALARM CLOCK
By following the instructions on the display, the oven can be set to have an audible signal at a 
future time. When the Alarm Clock is set, an alarm clock symbol  
is visible on the Home
Page. The alarm clock will continue to sound for 1 hour after the designated time or until the
CANCEL key is pressed.
If you wish to know the time remaining or cancel, select ALARM CLOCK in INFORMATION
DESK.
If all sound is off, the oven will beep at the designated time.
CONTRAST:
Normally there is no need to change the display contrast; however, should you wish to do so, 
touch DARKER or LIGHTER until the contrast is as desired, and then touch the ENTER key. Be 
cautious when touching LIGHTER so that the display is always readable. The selected contrast
does not change even if the electrical power supply is interrupted.

KITCHEN TIMER:
You can use the KITCHEN TIMER for timing where microwave cooking is not involved. For 
example, to time boiled eggs cooked on a conventional hob, to monitor the standing 
time for microwaved food or to remind you of the time when making a phone call.
Example: To set the timer for 5 minutes to boil an egg on a conventional hob.
NOTES:
• Even if all sound is off, the oven will beep when the KITCHEN TIMER ends.
• You can enter any time up to 99 minutes, 99 seconds (1h40 appears on the display). To cancel the 
KITCHEN TIMER whilst counting down, simply press STOP/CLEAR and the display will return to
the Home Page.
MORE/LESS:
The LESS (
) and MORE (
) keys allow you to cook food for more or less time than the pre-
set programmes.
For Example: If you prefer vegetables which are cooked but still crisp , or beef which is rare, 
use the LESS (
) key. Alternatively, if you prefer vegetables softer or beef well done, use the 
MORE (
) key.
When using LESS (
) and MORE (
) with automatic programmes:
Press LESS (
MORE (
) keys before pressing START key.
NOTES:
• To cancel LESS (
)  /MORE (
), simply press the same key again.
• You can use LESS (
)  /MORE (
) keys when these instructions appear on the display.
1. Select USEFUL

TIMER key, press the PAGE
FORWARD key and enter the
desired time. Then press the
START key.
3. The KITCHEN TIMER will start
