EXPRESS COOK CHART
MENU
WEIGHT RANGE
COOKING PROCEDURE
Roast Beef / Lamb
0.6kg - 1.8kg
• Place meat in a flan dish on the low rack. 
• Turn meat over when the audible signal sounds.
• After cooking, leave meat to stand wrapped in aluminium foil
for 5 minutes.
NOTE: Select MORE for well done.
It is not possible to use the LESS function for beef/lamb.
Roast Pork
0.6kg - 1.8kg
• Place meat in a flan dish on the low rack.
• Turn meat over when the audible signal sounds.
• After cooking, leave meat to stand wrapped in aluminium foil
for 5 minutes.
NOTE: It is not possible to use the LESS function for pork.
Roast Poultry
1.2kg - 1.8kg
• Place poultry breast side down in a flan dish on the low rack. 
• Turn poultry over when the audible signal sounds. When you
cook frozen poultry with giblets, remove the giblets at first or
second turn over.
• After cooking, leave poultry to stand wrapped in foil for 5 minutes.
NOTE: It is not possible to use the LESS function for poultry. 
Chicken Quarters
1 - 4 pieces
• Place the frozen chicken quarters best side up and the chilled
chicken quarters best side down on the low rack.
1 piece =
• Turn over when the audible signal sounds.
leg quarters = 300g
• After cooking, cover with aluminium foil and stand for 5 minutes.

NOTE: Select MORE for breast with wing quarters.
quarters = 400g
It is not possible to use the LESS function for chicken quarters.
Minced Meat
0.2kg - 1.0kg
• Place minced meat into a bowl.
• Place on the turntable.
• Do not cover.
• Stir when the audible signal sounds.
• Stir and stand for 2-3 minutes after cooking.
NOTE: It is not possible to use the LESS function for minced
meat.
Soup
0.5kg - 1.5kg
• Pour soup into casserole dish.
(Microwave-safe plastic container for frozen soup).
• Cover with microwave cling film.
• Place on turntable.
• Stir when audible signals sound.
• Stir after cooking.
• When freezing foods for Express Cook, ensure food is fresh and of good quality.

Meat Joint:

• Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable.
Beef/Lamb/Pork
• Turn over when audible signal sounds.
• Stand, wrapped in foil, for 60-90 minutes until defrosted. 
Whole Poultry
1.2kg - 1.8kg
• Place poultry breast side up in a flan dish on the turntable.
• Turn over when audible signal sounds.
• Stand, wrapped in foil, for 60-90 minutes until evenly defrosted.
Chicken Quarters
0.3kg - 1.2kg
• Place quarters best side up in a flan dish on the turntable.
• Turn over and rearrange when audible signal sounds.
• Stand, wrapped in foil, for 15-30 minutes until evenly 
defrosted.
Steaks, Chops
0.2kg - 1.2kg
• Place in a flan dish on the turntable.
• Turn over and rearrange when audible signal sounds.
• Stand, wrapped in foil, for 15-30 minutes until evenly 
defrosted.
Minced Meat
0.2kg - 1.0kg
• Place minced meat in a flan dish.
Beef/Lamb/Pork
• When audible signal sounds turn over and remove 
defrosted minced meat.
• Stand for 15-30 minutes, covered with foil, after defrosting if 
required.
Casserole
0.5kg - 1.5kg
• Freeze in a microwave-safe plastic container.
• To defrost, cover with clingfilm and place on turntable.
• When audible signal sounds, stir.
• Stand for 30 minutes.

Defrost: If necessary, shield small areas of meat or poultry with flat pieces of aluminium foil. This will prevent the areas from
becoming warm during defrosting. Ensure the foil does not touch the oven walls. Do not cook the meat or poultry
until thoroughly defrosted.
Example 2 - For EXPRESS DEFROST: To defrost a Meat Joint weighing 1.8kg.

VIEW MENUS
VIEW MENUS has 3 cooking categories, MAIN DISHES,  SIDE DISHES and  DESSERTS, each with 6
menus (See pages 22-27 to see the menus included in each category). Each menu has step-by-step
instructions. There is no need to make any cooking decisions because the oven “knows” exactly how to cook
each menu for perfect results; you simply follow the step-by-step guide on the oven and press the
START/AUTO MINUTE key as indicated.
Example: To cook Crispy Mushrooms in the VIEW MENUS “SIDE DISHES”.
1. Press the VIEW MENUS key,
then touch the desired category:
SIDE DISHES.
NOTE:
• Some VIEW MENUS screens will not have “Press the START key” at the bottom of the 
screen. In this case touch the FORWARD
arrow to continue to the next preparation 
screen.
3. All ingredients and step-by-step
procedures are shown. Touch the arrow
marks on the screen to read the recipe
through before cooking.
The FORWARD
and BACK
arrows allow you to check all steps
BEFORE beginning any cooking.
2. Touch the desired menu:

4. When ready to cook, press the
START/AUTO MINUTE key.
The oven has the cooking
instructions programmed into it
so it is not necessary for you to
make any decisions!
After cooking, follow
instructions.
5. When the oven stops, read the
instructions on the Touch
Screen, open the door,
complete the steps and close
the door. Press the START/
AUTO MINUTE 
key.

INGREDIENTS FOR VIEW MENU RECIPES
45ml Vegetable  oil
100g Celery, chopped
200g Onion, chopped
75g Bacon, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 Bayleaf
400g Canned tomatoes
30ml Tomato  puree
BOLOGNESE SAUCE
450g Minced beef
30ml Dried mixed herbs
300ml Red wine
300ml Beef stock
30ml Cornflour mixed with
30ml Water

Only 400g of chilled or
