Orderman setting in SRV-Mode

System configuration: Inline system and using of the table layout and table status feature.
If GLU keys have been placed on a screen their colours depend on the order/print status of the
corresponding GLU. While the colour of a GLU key at the Master changes due to a registration at
the Satellite, the colour of a GLU key placed on the Satellite, does not change according to a
registration at the Master.
With version V1.66 the synchronisation works in both ways again.

Deletion of real clerk key assignments
C 6.3
Deletion of real key that has been assigned to a Clerk number ist not possible in neither way:
\PGM2 MODE\2 SETTING\7 PERSONNAL\8 CLERK KEY DEL.

This has been corrected with V1.66. Now already assigned real keys can be deleted again.
Text in Registration Window

System configuration: Inline system with overlapped clerk function
and activated screen saver.
Condition: A registration is still open and visible in the Registration
Window while the screen saver becomes active. Now the clerk
wants to continue his registration at another machine in the
system by using the floating clerk feature and signs on.
Phenomenon: A wrong text will be displayed in the Registration
Window at that machine where the clerk starts his registration.
This problem has been solved with V1.66
and activated screen saver.

Spaces in Electronic Journal

Even though a fiscal mode has been selected during the Master Reset procedure of the machine, it
was possible to get spaces instead of control characters written into the EJ by setting the SRV
parameter #988B to +2. This makes the EJ not usable for fiscal analysis.

Inconsistent E/J after manual E/J-Save&Clear

With machine setup for German-fiscal-mode with SRV#992B +1 set for “Save&Clear of the EJ onto
SD-Card after the General Z-Report automatically”, it happens that within the E/J one CC# is
missing, if additional E/J-Save&Clear is performed manually, directly after the issuance of the
General-Z.

Customer-Charge-Limit in combination with discounts

If the SRV parameter #986A is set to -4 (Customer code entry finalized by -> Any Payment) the
customer-charge-limit will only be validated if the transaction is finalized by using the CHARGE-key.
Nevertheless if a discount is granted the limit is checked although no finalization has been done
yet.
Since V1.66 the limit will not be checked at granting of a discount, if the SRV-parameter is set as

Download of the PLU-Info data in an Inline-System

System configuration: Inline system with PLU-Info file.
Condition: Even the PLU-Info file has been created no PLU-Info texts have been entered.
Phenomenon: While downloading PLU/EAN data from the Master to the Satellite(s) the
transmission stucks.
With V1.66 the transmission of the PLU/EAN data does not stuck anymore, even no PLU-Info text
has been programmed.
Condition: Even the PLU-Info file has been created no PLU-Info texts have been entered.
Phenomenon: While downloading PLU/EAN data from the Master to the Satellite(s) the
transmission stucks.
With V1.66 the transmission of the PLU/EAN data does not stuck anymore, even no PLU-Info text

System configuration: A PLU assigned to be printed on two kitchen printers (KP1 & KP2).
KP Hold&Go (SRV #989) is activated.
Phenomenon: In case of “KP NEXT GROUP” or “KP ALL GROUP” such PLU will be printed to the
first kitchen printer (KP1) only. The assignment to KP2 is disregarded.
With this new V1.66 the PLU will be printed to every assigned kitchen printer.

Print wrong articles on the bill after voiding of articles with fractional quantity

articles which have not been registered on this GLU will be printed one the bill, although the total

Undefinable message in the Electronic Journal by T-LOG full
C 6.12
In case the T-LOG is full but the machine has been setup to continue registration, a
“T-LOG FULL” message will be written into the EJ after each further transaction. Because this
message belongs to the prior made registration it has the same CC#. Unfortunately the “T-LOG
FULL” message has no DATACODE and the text may differ from country to country, it makes it very
difficult to identify such message.
With this version the T-LOG FULL message has its own DATACODE.
“T-LOG FULL” message will be written into the EJ after each further transaction. Because this
message belongs to the prior made registration it has the same CC#. Unfortunately the “T-LOG

SECURED REPORTS and KAKOM
C 6.13
System configuration: The SECURED REPORTS feature has been set active for every day, except e.g.
Sunday because this is not a working day. Furthermore, Kakom is used as BackOffice application.
Condition: From Kakom side downloading of data from the ECR is done every day including
Sunday.
Phenomenon: The SECURED REPORTS function saves T-LOG and other data to SD Card. After
Kakom received all these data including the T-LOG from the SD Card, it sends the delete command.
The T-LOG data file is not deleted immediately but at the next access. Because the SECURED
REPORTS is not active on Sunday, the T-LOG file is not deleted and Kakom will receive the same T-
LOG data on Sunday again. This results in double turnover report.
Countermeasure: The SECURED REPORTS must be set to active for the same days then KAKOM is
active and downloading data from the ECR.

IRC Reset after Saved Reports

In an Inline System an IRC Reset becomes necessary after the Saved Report has been carried out.
With this new version, an IRC Reset will be called individually at the machine after the Saved Report
is finished. This is regardless of the machine type, like Master, Backup Master or Satellite.

After the ALL CLERK CCD Report has been carried out at the Master, all machines in an Inline
System needs to be reset their inline working RAM. By using this ROM Version, the Master will
initiate an IRC Reset at every machine in an Inline System. While the IRC Reset is carried out, a small
information window is shown on the screen of each machine. This information window will
disappear automatically.

Block size of the Clerk file during Inline setup

Dependently on the SRV parameter the size of the Clerk file will be adjusted during the Inline setup
at the Satellite machine. In case of overlapped Clerk function beside of Supervisor with own
account feature have to be used, the block size of the Clerk file becomes 1, but should be 2. With
the new version, the block size for the Clerk file will be set correctly.

VAT per Department missing in Saved Reports

Unfortunately, the VAT per Department information’s is missing in the Saved Reports. Since Version
1.67 they are included.
