My UP-3300 does not print out the X or Z details as part of the
Electronic Journal report.

That’s normal, only the header of the report will print on the
Electronic journal.

The % ratios of the Departments are not always appearing on the X
and Z reports.

This is probably due to a Negative PLU or Department having been
used in the last trading session, it can report the ratio if there is a
negative value included.

Is there a way that I can put some control over the Manager button ?

Yes !
By setting the VIP key as limited, then putting this key as part of an
Auto key together with the Manager Key.

Is it possible to get a reading of No Sales by Clerk ?

You could use an Auto Key setting, for example set up the Auto
Key as Dept Number followed by the NS key, and use the Dept
Clerk file.
