Again, click on ‘OK’.  The product is now saved in the system.

Click on the Go Back button at the bottom of the screen.  This displays the following pop-up
screen:
Click on ‘YES’ to exit the add new product screen.  This returns you to the main navigation
screen.

Within the product maintenance screen you can keep an up-to-date list of all products in the
store.  It gives the user the ability to add, delete and change product details and produce a
number of reports on them.

In each screen, items on promotion are indicated as follows:

To get to the ‘product maintenance’ screen, navigate to Products

→

Product Maintenance.

This displays the product search common function screen:

From here, select and click on a product whose details you wish to change.  This displays the
product maintenance screen.

This screen is made up of two pages.  The first page contains product details and a pricing
summary about the product, and the second page contains a sales history and stock
information about the product.

To get to the second page, click on ‘Page Down’.  This displays the screen below:

From here, you can change various details on the product maintenance screen.
