Add a Product to the List
To add a product, category, or a supplier’s products to the list, click on one of the respective
buttons.
 
Clicking on the Product button takes you to the product search common function
screen.
 
Clicking on the Category button takes you to the category common function screen.
 
Clicking on the Supplier button takes you to the add supplier common function screen.
For more details on common functions and how to use them, see page tbd.
Clicking on ‘Execute’ takes you to this screen.
Simply follow the instructions on the screen and click on ‘START’.
If you have set a price change to happen, and you wish to change the values now, click on Set
Price Values
.  If you have done this, and you wish to delete the set values, click on Clear
Price Values

How to Run a Price Changes Pending Report
To get to the price changes pending screen, navigate to Pricing
Price Changes.  This
displays the following screen:
This allows you to print a report for:
 
Today’s price changes.
 
Tomorrow’s price changes.
 
Next week’s price changes.
The report can either be printed to the screen or to the printer.  To print the report, simply
click on the Print button at the bottom of the screen.

Introduction
Within the product component of Back Office you can add, view and change the details of
products within the system.  You can also see which products are in product groups, price
groups, mix ‘n’ match groups, etc.  The product maintenance section provides brief
information on pricing, stock and the sales history of different products.
The product component also allows you to add new products onto the system.  It also allows
you to place these products within different categories and till departments.
This section is closely associated with the common functions.  When entering/changing
product details, several common function screens are used.  For more details on common
functions, 
refer to page tbd.
Within this section of the User Manual you will find a step-by-step guide on how to perform
the following functions:
 
ADD a NEW PRODUCT.
 
ADD a NEW PRODUCT based on an EXISTING TEMPLATE.
