Sharp Utilities
There are a number of Utilities available for the UP600/700.
1.  02FD.exe
2.  POSTOOLS.exe
3.  GRAPHICLOGO UTILITY
02FD.exe
This Utility will allow complete data transfer between the UP600/700 and your PC.
 It is a Windows based program
To use the Utility you will require the following items.
Hardware/Software
1. APLD CABLE (Refer to CABLE section)
2. RJ45 to 9pin cable (Refer to CABLE section)
3. 02FD.exe
4.Computer
Machine Set Up
1.  Set up service line 903-A for same baud rate as PC Utility.
2.  Put ECR in Back Up Receive or Send Mode in SRV.
You must use Channel 2 for the data transfer.
If further details are required please refer to the PoSutility document.

Postools.exe
This Utility will allow ROM Images to be sent to your UP600/700 from PC.
The ROM Image would be sent as a file if there is any need to do so.
To use the Utility you will require the following items.
Hardware/Software
1. APLD CABLE (Refer to CABLE section)
2. RJ45 to 9pin cable (Refer to CABLE section)
3. Computer
Machine Set Up
3.  Set up the machine for IPL mode, (set switch SW302 on IPL ROM PWB to ON)
You must use Channel 2 for the image transfer.
If further details are required please refer to the Hardware Manual page 3-2
There is also a procedure to upgrade images using EPROMS in place of the PC
download.
