SETTING UP
Important!
• Make sure that the Player’s power is turned off before attaching or detaching
the AC adapter.
• Use only the AC adapter specified for the Player. Use of another type of AC
adapter can cause damage to and malfunction of the Player.
• The AC adapter may become warm after long-term use. This is normal and
does not indicate malfunction.
• When not in use, be sure to unplug the AC adapter from the power outlet.
• Do not leave the AC adapter in areas subject to high humidity or dust. Such
conditions create the danger of fire and electric shock.
CAUTION
Never use any commercially available electronic transformer.
• Connecting the AC adapter to an electronic voltage transformer of the type widely
