SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

2. Parts Disassembly
2.1. Precautions
* Before Disassembling, turn the display off and disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet.
* When tore off sticky tapes, please use a new thing without reusing it on the occasion of assembling.

7.2. Preparations
• When you exchange modules or board, in order to make it
discharge from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1
minute after the power supply end. 
• To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or
towel and lay down the unit so the front side is facing down.
Precautions when replacing each component
• When you replace each component, please be sure to carry
out following procedure as below.
• Be careful not to overtighten the screws when replacing
each module.
• Please remove a clamper and a wire processing tape if
needed in the repaire.
• In carrying out Section 7.7. or later, please execute the
Chapter 7.6. and 7.5. in advance.
7.3. Replacement of WI-FI Module 
(Dongle)
1. Remove the screw and then remove the WI-FI Module
(Dongle).

•  When you exchange modules or board, in order to make it discharge from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1 minute 
after the power supply end.
•  To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or towel, and turn the front of the unit down, and lay down so that the 
entire monitor rides on a table completely. 
    Note:When local pressure is surppressed, Mura of the picture image may be seen. In this case ,please carry out aging by 
    burn in mode. (Refer to INF.7 in the SECTION 1)

1. Remove the screw and then remove the Wi-Fi Module (Wireless LAN Adaptor).

 2. Remove the M8 Caps.
 3. Remove the Back Cover Comp.
Caution when removing Back Cover
When repairing in an upright position the Display, please remove the screws while holding the Back Cover by hand to prevent 
the Back Cover from falling down.

2. Remove the M8 Caps.
3. Remove the Back Cover Comp.

7.5. Replacement of H1-Board
1. Remove the screws and then remove the Wire (A-WIFI)
and H1-Board block.
2. Disconnect the connector and remove the screws and
then remove the H1-Board.

2.5. Replacement of USB Terminal Module
 1.  Remove the screws and then remove the Wire (A-WiFi) and USB Terminal Module block.
 2. Disconnect the connector and remove the screws and then remove the USB Terminal Module.
 
 
 
 
Note : Be careful of two hooks when removing the USB Terminal Module.

Attention when replacing Side Bracket
• AL-tape and the gasket are stuck on the Side Bracket for
repair.
7.6. Replacement of DS-Board
1. Disconnect the connectors and remove the screws and
then remove the Slot Block (with DS-Board).
2. Turn over the Slot Block, and remove the screws and
then remove the DS-Board.
