2.9. IR module and the speakers removal
1. Remove 2 screws S1 to take IR board (Ref.No.14 and No.27) and bracket off from the rear cover Ref.No.9).
Note: Pay attention not to tear off the FPC cable from the connector.
2. Remove Speakers (Ref.No.30 and No.31) off from the rear cover (Ref.No.15).
2.10. AC inlet removal
1. Remove 2 screws S11 and 1 screw S4 to take AC inlet off from the rear cover (Ref.No.10).

2.12. LCD panel module
1. Disconnect cables from the boards on the LCD panel module(Ref.No.24).
2.11. Key module removal
1. Remove 1 screw S6 to remove the key module bracket.
2. Unhook of the bracket to remove the key board(Ref.No.28).

2.13.1 Caution statement
Caution:
Please confirm that all flexible cables are assembled correctly.
Also make sure that they are locked in the connectors.
Verify by giving the flexible cables a very slight pull.

2.14. Mylar sheet and Bezel corner sticking procedure
• LCD PANEL KIT contains the following parts. (LCD Panel, Mylar sheet, Bezel corner, Double-sided tape, Tape)
2.14.1. Bezel corner sticking
1. Stick the double-sided tape to LCD Panel corner (4 places).
2. Remove the release paper of the Bezel corner, stick to the LCD Panel corner.
2.14.2. Mylar sheet (TOP) sticking
1. Remove the release paper on Mylar sheet of the back cabinet side (thin side).
2. Stick Mylar sheet on the top of the LCD Panel as shown in the picture below.
3. Press surface of Mylar sheet to increase the adhesive force.
4. Remove the release paper on Mylar sheet of the bezel side, stick it to the bezel surface.
5. Press surface of Mylar sheet to increase the adhesive force.
* Do not overlap
Reference position : Panel boss
* Remove the release paper in the
direction of the arrow.
