SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

DMD block
Liquid cooling pump
Pump fixing spring
9. Unscrew the screws from each part and separate the DMD block and liquid cooling unit.
1) Unscrew the pump fixing spring (2 screws x 3 places) and remove the liquid cooling pump part from the DMD block.
2) Unscrew 4 screws and separate the tank metal and liquid cooling tank.

• Apply the heat dissipation compound evenly to the rear surface of liquid cooling pump when assembling.
• Please pay attention not to fold or twist the tube of liquid cooling pump when assembling.
• Be careful not to pinch the lead wires of DMD temperature
sensor with liquid cooling pump during installation.

Shin-Etsu Silicone [ G-776 ] grade 0.05g x3
Passes the lead wire beside screw.

2.20. Lens mount block removal
1. Remove the mirror holder following to step "2.19. Mirror holder removal".
2. Unscrew 10 screws-A and remove the shield rubber hold plate1 and shield rubber hold plate2.
2.19. Mirror holder removal
1. Remove the LC joint following to step "2.15. LC joint removal".
2. Remove the DMD block following to step "2.18. DMD block removal".
3. Unscrew 5 screws-A and remove the mirror holder.

4. Unscrew 5 screws-C and remove the lens mount block.

2.21. Engine circulation fan block removal
1. Loosen 3 screws-A and remove the bottom cover.
2. Unscrew 7 screws-B and remove the engine circulation fan block.
3. Unscrew 2 screws-C and remove the RG-P.C.Board.
