• When assembling, dress the FPC cable from the Phosphor wheel as the black line marker on the cable comes to
the edge of the Lighting case.

Lighting case 1 block
2.16. Lighting case 1 block removal
1. Unscrew 5 screws-A and remove the lighting case 1 block upward.

2. Refer to step "2.14. Light case 2 removal" for removing liquid cooling unit, LD unit and phosphor wheel.

Mechanical shutter
• The mechanical shutter can be removed.
• Make sure that the liquid cooling pipe is properly fitted in guide pocket of the case.
• Make sure that the sponge wound on the lead wire is properly fitted in the guide pocket of the case.
• Make sure that each cable passes properly through the guide pocket of engine case dust-proof rubber.
• When assembling the engine top cover, please pay attention to the following points.
