4. 1) Unscrew 1 screw-E and remove the earth lead.
2) Loosen 3 screws-F and remove the color prism1, 2 fan block.

5. Unscrew 2 screws-G and 2 screws-H, and remove the color prism3, 4 fan block, lead wire fixing sheet.

6. Unscrew 1 screw-J and 1 screw-K, and remove the DMD support metal.
7. Unscrew 2 screw-L and remove the WOB unit.
(Pull the block upward on slant.)

• When assembling, tighten the screws in numerical order.

8. Unscrew 4 screws-M and 3 screws-N, and remove the DMD block, liquid cooling unit.

9. Unscrew the screws from each part and separate the DMD block and liquid cooling unit.
1) Unscrew the pump fixing spring (2 screws x 3 places) and remove the liquid cooling pump part from the DMD block.
2) Unscrew 3 screws and separate the tank bracket and liquid cooling tank.

• Notes on installing of liquid cooling pump
1) Apply the heat dissipation compound evenly to the rear surface of the pumps.
2) Do not pinch the lead wire of DMD temperature sensor with the pump for green.
3) Do not to fold or twist the liquid cooling tubes.
Heat dissipation compound :
Shin-Etsu Silicone [ G-776 ] grade 0.05g x3

When a lead wire is passed through this area,
it is pinched by the pump and disconnected.
Pass the DMD temperature
sensor lead wire through the
insulation sheet hole.
