SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

2.16. LC joint removal
1. Remove the radiator fan block following the procedure to "2. 14 Radiator fan block removal".
2. Remove the lighting case 2 block following the procedure to "2. 15 Lighting case 2 block removal".
3. Unscrew 5 screws-A and remove the LC joint.

1. Unscrew 5 screws-A and remove the lighting case 1 block upward.

2. Refer to procedure "2.15. Light case 2 block removal" for removing liquid cooling unit, LD unit and phosphor wheel.
When assembling, tighten from
this screw first.

2.18. Heat pipe fan block removal
1. Unscrew 3 screws-A and remove the heat pipe fan block.

1. Loosen 12 screws-A and remove the engine top cover.

• Liquid cooling pipe is properly fitted in guide pocket of the case.
• Sponge wound on the lead wire is properly fitted in the guide pocket of the case.
• Each cable passes properly through the guide pocket of engine case dust-proof rubber.
• Pay attention to the following points when assembling the engine top cover.

2. Unscrew 3 screws-B and remove the air duct top.

• When assembling, tighten the screws in numerical order while pressing the air duct top.
3. Unscrew 9 screws-C and 1 screw-D, and remove the air duct mid.
