5. 1) Unscrew 1 screw-F and 3 screws-G, and remove the terminal metal plate.
2) Unscrew 1 screw-H and remove the auxiliary metal plate.
3) Unscrew 2 screw-J and remove the NT-P.C.board/WL-P.C.Board.

1. Remove the main unit following to step [2.3. Main unit removal].
2. Unscrew 4 screws-A and remove the D-P.C.Board.

2. 6. Lens unit removal
1. Remove the main unit following to step [2.3. Main unit removal].
2. Unscrew 3 hexagon screws-A and remove the lens unit.
[Note] • Please be careful not to lose the shims.
• After the lens unit mounting, please check the focus. (See SECTION 3)
When assembling,
attaching the shims and
tighten the screws in nu-
merical order.

2. 7. LD unit removal
1. Remove the main unit following to step [2.3. Main unit removal].
2. Unscrew 4 Torx screws-A and LD unit block.
3. Unscrew 2 screws-B and M1-P.C.Board/M2-P.C.Board.

[Note] • Connector of the LD unit, LD1 is white cable and LD2 is brown cable.

2. 8. FM-P.C.Board, DMD chip removal
1. Remove the A/NT-P.C.Board block following to step [2.4. A-P.C.Board/NT-P.C.board removal].
2. Unscrew 4 screws-A and DMD heatsink.

[Note on mounting]
Apply the heat dissipation compound
evenly to the rear surface of DMD
heatsink. Take care not to stick out
the compound.

3. Unscrew 2 screws-B and remove the FM-P.C.Board
4. The fixed cam of DMD holder to unlock by turning 180 degrees and remove the DMD chip.

[Note on mounting]
• After mounting the DMD chip, to check from lateral side it does not float.
• Clean the dust of the DMD chip surface.

2. 9. Notes on assembling
1. Insert the main unit to the hold base.
[Note]
• After fixing the main unit, and through
the cable to the hold base.
2. Fixing the earth cable with screw.
3. Fixing the cable clamp with screw.
4. D-P.C.Board (D1 connector) cable wiring.
1) Thread the under side of the terminal fitting.
2) Pass around the LD units.
3) Connect to the D1 connector.
