7. Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the P-P.C.Board.
* AC switch is not attached to the A-P.C.Board for repair.
When change an A-P.C.Board, please change an AC switch at the same time.

1) Insert an AC switch in a shield case.
2) Fix a new A-P.C.Board with a screw at the prescribed position.
Please be careful so that an AC switch terminal is inserted straight in the board aperture.

3) Solder an AC switch terminal.

1. After replacing the DMD block, check if any shade is visible in the DMD effective display area.
* Make the projection environment as dark as possible and project an all-white and all-black pattern
(internal test pattern) for this check.

2. Remove 1 screw and remove dust cover sheet.
3. Remove the glue that stationary the adjustment mechanism.
4. Loosen the fixing screw by philips driver.

5. Adjust left and right position of lighting area by rotating the
adjustment screw by minus driver.
When either left or right lighting area appears, rotate the
adjustment screw 1 turn to the opposite direction.
6. Adjust up and down position of lighting area by rotating the
adjustment bracket with eccentric driver.
Stop rotating the eccentric driver at the middle position,
the lighting area appears upper and under.
7. After tightening the fixing screw to secure the glue is
applied to the adjustment mechanism in three places.
8. Tighten the fixing screw and re-install the dust cover sheet.

* Fix the shift position to the center and set the zoom
ring to wide end.
* Set the distance from the top of the lens to the
screen "1.23m".
* Set the light axis of the lens to be the same hight
of center of the screen.
* Set the light axis to perpendicular to the screen.

Note: It is necessary for the light axis to be perpendicular to the screen to make correct confirmation and adjustment.
1. Go into the Serviceman mode and select "Convergence pattern" in internal test pattern.
2. Rotate the focus ring and set the focus balance of ① to ⑤.
