7. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Analysis Block.
2. 5. Removal of Lens Unit
1. Remove the Analysis Block according to the section 2.4. "Removal of Analysis Block".
2. 1) Remove a Mask.
2) Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Lens unit.
Note.
Originally 0.3mm shims are inserted bewteen DMD block and Lens unit (3 locations), so be carefull not to loose them.
After assembling is completed, please check the focus balance. If it is out of specification, make the Lens tilt
adjustment. (Refer to SECTION3)
2. 6. Removal of DMD Block
1. Remove the Lens unit according to the section 2.5. "Removal of Lens unit".
2. Unscrew the 4 screws, and divide Analysis Block and DMD Block.
Open a slit in front and back.
Pull a joy stick.

2. 7. Removal of Color Wheel/Rod
1. Remove the upper case according to the section 2.2. "Removal of Upper Case".
2. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Lamp duct.
3. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Lighting case cover 2 .
4. Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the rod.
5. Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the Color Wheel.
Note.
Be careful for the flexible cable of Color Wheel to be pulled out through the slit of Lighting case cover 2
without twisting. Also make sure that the flexible cable is pulled out until the marking position on it.

2. 8. Removal of Relay Lens
1. Remove the Analysis Block according to the section 2.6. "Removal of DMD Block".
2. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Lighting case cover 2.
3. Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the Lighting case cover 1.
2. 9. Removal of A-P.C.Board
1. Remove the Signal Processing Block according to the section 2.3. "Removal of Signal Processing Block".
2. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Terminal cover.
3. Unscrew the 1 screw fixing WL-P.C.Board.
3. Unscrew the 11 screws and remove the A-P.C.Board.

2.10. Removal of P-P.C.Board ,B/Q-P.C.Board
1. Remove the Signal Processing Block according to the section 2.3. "Removal of Signal Processing Block".
2. Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the AC inlet cover.
3. Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the Power Fan case.
4. Unscrew the 1 screw and remove the Power supply partition sheet.
5. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Earth metal plate.
6. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the Power supply block.
